Shedding season??
I feel like I’m shedding a ridiculous amount of hair the last few days - does this happen to anyone else sometimes? Not sure if it’s my imagination or just a seasonal / growth cycle type thing or what. It’s freaking me out a bit!

Re: Shedding season??
i did have a crazy shedding "season" once, a while back. don't remember it being connected to anything in particular.
i did use "apretadora" treatment and it worked like a charm.
if you don't have a spanish beauty supply near you, you can find it on amazon... that's how i got it the last time i needed it.

Re: Shedding season??
you hair does go through normal growing/shedding cycles. I wouldn't be too concerned unless you notice thinning/bald spots

Shedding season??
Thanks ladies. Nothing that bad (knock on wood) - more like when I run my fingers through my hair I feel like several strands are coming out. I also brush my hair very rarely so whereas other people might brush out loose hair, I’m not doing that. I tend to get paranoid and neurotic about stuff easily so hopefully it’s just me being my nutty self worrying

Re: Shedding season??
If you’ve been keeping your hair up in a ponytail a lot, then the strands that normally would fall over the course of a day don’t end up falling until you take your hair out of the band/clip.

Thank you - I wear my hair up about 90% of the time so that’s a great point.
