JCP Furniture- Customer Service Rave
Bought a leather reclining sectional from JCP just over a year ago, for a steal. 60% + 10% off.
One of the plastic levers to recline one of the pieces snapped off recently.
I have no warranty on the set.
The just delivered a replacement, NO CHARGE.
Had to wait a month or so for delivery, but still, great customer service.
