Vacation planning help / close to NYC
Other than a wedding in Chicago, we have not taken DS (2 years old) and DD (4 years old) on any type of vacation or trip. Its about time, lol.
These are some of the potential places I've come up with (based on reading some threads here): Please touch museum Sesame place (there is a sale going on right now) - they've never watched Seasame street before. Dutch wonderland Story Bookland Crayola factory Great Wolf
My wife initially thought about doing a day trip. But I'm thinking if we hit 2 or 3 of the places then we can do a weekend trip.
What are you thoughts/reviews/comments on these places. I would love to hear the good/the bad/the stories/whatever you want to share.
Thanks!

Eden in Lancaster is amazing. You can go to Dutch Wonderland and also go to Cherry Crest Farm which is so fun. On the way home go the Philly route and stop at the Please Touch Museum. All of these places are absolutely perfect for your age grp.

Baltimore we enjoyed. Port discovery museum, urban pirates, aquarium (have not checked the aquarium yet).
Please touch in Philly was fun.
Wood loch my favorite
Kalahari was also fun as they had a section for toddlers.

Dutch Wonderland is amazing for kids that age and bonus if you can stay at the Eden Resort- the spray/pool area for kids is amazing.
Kalahari is also awesome- and year round/no need to worry about rain or bad weather.
