Electric
Our electrical system is old and our power tends to trip when we have multiple ACs going or are using the toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker simultaneously. I know nothing about this but I’m thinking we need to rewire the house. Additionally, I’d like to install a central air unit that’s attached to the side of the house. Anyone know what this is called? It’s mounted high up to the side of the house. Anyone know a good electrician and or company to do rewiring and AC? Any help you could provide me would be so great. I am clueless! Thanks!!!

Re: Electric
You don't need to rewire the house unless your wires are really old and falling apart. You probably need a service upgrade, and to add more circuits to the areas that are tripping. A service upgrade can be from 1800-2400 about, plus you'll need new wires ran for the extra circuits.
The ac on the side of the house is called a ductless ac. They are very expensive and if you have a 1 story home it might be worth looking into central air instead.
