We are officially listed! Open house this weekend!
Hi All,
We just listed our rare 3 Bedroom Co-Op in Smithtown/Smithtown schools. There is an open house this Saturday! Wanted to put it out there bc I know how expensive this island can be and its a very affordable way to get into a great town with a phenomenal school district. Plenty of room for a family. We have raised our kids here for 11 years. It is completely udpated. Its pet friendly (small dog or cat) and is walking distance to a dog park (about 1/2 mile). Soooooo much storage. Double closet in every room, 2 closets in Master. Huge Walk in Closet in the hall and storage unit in basement as well. Let me know if you have any questions!
