Fan in the living room?
Im looking into buying a new construction they offer to put a fan in the living room. It’s a 2 story home and the living room/ dinning room is open floor plan. Would a fan look good in the living room part of the ceiling ?

Re: Fan in the living room?
Tbe right style can be very nice and can also help a lot with circulating cool air in the summer and warm in winter.

I think fans are great and energy efficient in that they spread the air around. I wish they had them here.

Fan in the living room?
We have one. It's a vaulted ceiling so it's not imposing at all. We also have skylights so the combo really helps cool the room down.

Re: Fan in the living room?
We have one in our living room. We love it. It's awesome in spring and fall especially. Open the windows and turn the fan on, and you can postpone the AC for quite a while. You can also have the AC on lower, and the fan can compensate.
