Team Building activities on a budget?
What about a charity walk/run (form a team)? Volunteering at a soup kitchen for a day? I don't know how many people you have, but if you could tie it to giving back to the community, that is a nice idea.

Team Building activities on a budget?
I did a 'retreat' with my division of 70 people on virtually no budget. We did an activity where we got into teams and had a half hour to build the tallest structure possible out of dry spaghetti and marshmallows. It was a lot of fun. We also did activities where we had to get into line order based on chronological birthday without speaking. Pick a penny out of a bag and tell a story about your life circa the date on the penny. And a few more like that. It was a fun and engaging day and cost almost nothing.
