How do you download pics and videos from your phone to computer?
I have a Samsung and can't figure out how to transfer pictures and videos. What's the best way? I need to clear my phone because I have no storage space left

How do you download pics and videos from your phone to computer?
Can you add a memory card to the phone? That way you can move them all there and add new ones. If you want to put them in your computer plug your phone using your cable to the usb in the computer and a file option should pop look for the folder where you have pictures and move pictures to a folder in your computer

Once you plug it in, you have to set your phone to be seen by computer...after that, your phone will be a folder. Look inside camera folder or DCIM and you will find your stuff.

How do you download pics and videos from your phone to computer?
I email them to myself and then save them on my computer. I do it pretty regularly so I’m not doing a ton of pics at a time.

I do the same.
I also sometimes use the Send Anywhere app.

I do the same.
U could also get Dropbox in ur phone and computer. Upload them from ur phone to ur Dropbox app, and then download them in ur computer using the same app.

Mine automatically back up to the Amazon Cloud using the Amazon Photos app. I have a prime account so I have unlimited photo storage.

That's what I figured would happen. I have a Mac so I don't know if that makes a difference. My husband has been able to do it in the past but nothing is popping up for me except something telling me Android file transfer can't open.
