xpost from health- zoloft
I am considering taking Zoloft for PPA and possibly PPD. I have been in therapy since August. Things got better but then rough again. I am still nursing but weaning. For those that took Zoloft- did it help with anxiety? Did it help you sleep better? And how was getting off of it- I am hoping to be on it for no more than a year. How were the withdrawals?

Re: xpost from health- zoloft
I had PPA and used Lexapro. I think it’s very similar to Zoloft. It helped tremendously! It took a couple of weeks to start working so I was prescribed Xanax as well to take for those 2 weeks. I would definitely try the medication. It allowed me to relax, sleep better and enjoy the baby. I felt much better with the meds.

I took zoloft a number of years ago. It was a blessing. When i weaned off i didnt experience any side effects. I just recently started back on it due to a recent event of massive panic attacks one that sent me to the er. Its great for me! Try it. I think you will.feel much better.
