Sauna/Steam Rooms?
Are there really no gyms on Long Island who offer this? I was googling last night and I could only find a place in Bellmore that is some sort of relaxation place for crazy $$ to sit and sweat
Anyone?

Sauna/Steam Rooms?
I go to Lifetime and they have a sauna/steam room
Its $125/month and worth every single penny
all classes are included, the machines are awesome, the pool both indoor and out are amazing and the hours 4am - midnight
sounds $$$$ but its really not if you think about what you get...and you can go to any location in the world too
edited to say you can try it for a day and see how you like it....
