Poshmark etiquette: help a newbie out!

Does anyone sell on Poshmark? I just joined and listed a pair or shoes and now everyone is following me and reposting my post, which is making me very confused. I just want to get rid of the shoes I never wear and make a few bucks.

Could someone take me through Poshmark's rules of conduct?

I tried to use Poshmark and I stopped because it was so much work.

The basic etiquette is that, if someone follows you, you are supposed to follow them back. And if someone shares your listing, you are supposed to share one of theirs back.

It's more of a social media cite with sharing your listing to different "parties" and at least a few times a day, and gaining followers.

It just seemed like SO much work for me, and I wasn't able to sell anything, even though I had nice designer items and NWT items, and I was asking very reasonable prices.

But I think it seems very time consuming for the average user and there are easier ways to sell things you no longer have a need for.
