Tax griever Nassau county
Hello
I am looking for a tax griever firm that will grieve taxes for condo in Nassau County
Already spoke w Jeff Gold's firm, and they do not handle condo's
I am afraid to do it myself, I prob increase my taxes LOL

Check with your condo board!!!
Most condo's are already being filed on by commercial firms (because of the way they are valued under the law).
Do not file a condo grievance on your own without checking if the condo is actually eligible for SCAR proceedings (some aren't because of the way the property is classified). If the property isn't eligible, it will be dismissed
You can FM me the address and I can check to see if anyone is filing on behalf of the condo.

Also, if you want to file a grievance and the property is not classified as "homestead" or "class 1," you will need to use an attorney and not one of those assessment review companies. They cannot represent you in Supreme Court.

they advised us to do on our own
