I think it is also safe to say that everyone lives different lives and some people have more time than others. Some people have more personal demands or stressors than others. Some people might have more people to buy for or like summer time better, etc. I think it is just important to try to do whatever is going to make you feel sane and happy. Kids will enjoy anything and probably won’t even notice if you are not living in a christmas movie. Lol. If you are just sending out xmas cards because you feel obligated to do so, then stop. If you do it because you love it, then great, continue to do so. I am a middle of the road person when it comes to stuff like this. Ex: I do holiday cards but I do it early and I keep it way simple. Do my own pic, again do what resonates most with you.

people tend to make time for things that are top on their list. If someone is a baker normally then chances are theyre going to have time to do it. If someone is decoration obsessed, theyre going to make time to decorate every inch of their house. If someone loves holiday mini sessions theyre going to email their photographer in July making sure they are doing minis this year and already put their deposit down.
I dont wonder where people get the time to do it.... i wonder where people get the money to do it lol
Im Christmas obsessed but I also have a Christmas budget. Every Fri money goes into my Christmas account during the whole year. Having that money there lets me go crazy because I’m not putting anything on credit and not trying to come up with money I don’t have at the end of the year.
