I got it last year - a great black friday sale and love it! We had a really old school keurig so I am not certain if I am the best person to give a recommendation as I know keurigs now are more advanced.
But we love that we can make multiple serving sizes and multiple brew strengths.

I got it last year - a great black friday sale and love it! We had a really old school keurig so I am not certain if I am the best person to give a recommendation as I know keurigs now are more advanced.
But we love that we can make multiple serving sizes and multiple brew strengths.
is it easy to figure out? my parents have an old keurig and have been complaining about buying the k cups. They said they wish there was a machine that made single serve to full pots without needing coffee pods, so I thought maybe they'd like this for christmas. Just worried it's too complicated

You can also get them the new Keurig 2.0 that makes single serve to full pots and you can get them the reusable pod that you can fill with your own coffee so they don't have to keep buying pods

YES! it is very easy to figure out but like with any coffee pot you need to play around with the exact amount of coffee you put in and the brew strength.
I would also suggest using a regular filter in addition to the filter basket it comes with - this not only makes it easier to toss the coffee grinds but prevents them from getting into the cup/pot

Thought of that, but my dad was saying he wants to do cappuccino and espresso too. i think the Ninja is the only thing that does all of it

super easy to use! In the summer I made a ton of iced coffees and now I am addicted to the frother thing that is attached, I will make hot chocolate and use the froth part to whip it up a little
easy to clean too
Dont worry about it being hard...you really cant make a bad cup of coffee with it

We have it! We got the new Kuerig and DH hated it! Never worked properly so we exchanged it for the Ninja and don’t regret it one by. Super easy to use and the coffee seems so much better.
We bought one for my In laws for Christmas since they love ours

I have the single server one without the carafe, I mostly make my coffee to go so I didnt need the whole carafe model
it makes cup after cup pretty quick too

I have one and it's amazing. I almost exclusively drink iced coffee and it can make that as well as a bunch of other different types.
Mine has the option for the carafe and it has the built in frother. I have model # CF091.
