If you need AMEX giftcards for the holidays.....
They are currently running a promo on their website to waive the activation fees for as many cards as you purchase, no limit. I just bought for a ton of people including all the teachers at daycare, the mailman, dance teacher, etc. There is still a $5.95 shipping fee but if you're buying a few cards, you'll still save money since activation is $3.95/card. Code is CYBER2017 and is good until 12/3!
