Shutterfly- saving pics from an email to your account
Can someone please help? i'm beyond frustrated, especially ever since shutterfly revamped their site a while ago.
So my SIL emailed me some pictures from her shutterfly account for me to do her parents xmas calendar. But i can't seem to save them to my account.
It says i saved all 96 photos but each time... poof... nothing is there!
HELP! how do i save them to my account? where are they?
I really wanted to get these done early and now i've lost a few days since i can't figure this out.

I had this issue a while ago. I remember being super frustrated.
I think you have to make sure you are signed into your account before you try to save the pics.
I feel like that was my issue

You're going to lose resolutuon if you save them and and to your account.
Can your SIL transfer them to a shared site on the website? That way you can access them and not lose any resolution?
Side note: although its been a long time since they changed their format. I still hate it.

Can your SIL transfer them to a shared site on the website? That way you can access them and not lose any resolution?
Side note: although its been a long time since they changed their format. I still hate it.
Right but I think you can take the actual pics at full resolution and just say save to my account (as opposed to saving to your computer hard drive then uploading to your shutterfly acct)
I could be wrong though- I get so damn frustrated with that site.

Yes that is correct. I hit save all pictures and it says they saved to my account. But when I try to find them... they are nowhere to be found.
I swear this has happened to me. Like many times in the past. Because I remember being so damn frustrated about it.
I really think it has to do with how you log in. Like you have to log in BEFORE you attempt to save and maybe make a new folder in your acct to save them in

How is she emailing you the pictures to save? Is it a shared album?
I do agree that logging in may have something to do with it.
I can be on their website on my laptop.
Upload pics from my phone using the app to the website and they won't show being there until I log out and back in again.
Can you give customer service a call? I was happy with their service anytime I had an issue trying to get around their site when they first changed the format.

And yes, that reminds me too- once you save them, log off and log back in and they should be there.
I think that might have solved my problem as well

ok called customer service.
The problem was Internet Explorer. They tried too and it didn't work.
It wasn't until i used Google Chrome that it worked.
