Do I need to tip again??
Yesterday, I went and had highlights put in. Both the stylist and I were not happy with the results so she has me coming back in again today to fix them.
Yesterday, I paid and gave the stylist a nice tip. Today will be free of charge.
Since I tipped her yesterday (over 20%), do I need to tip her again today??

Following. And also, if you have food delivered and there’s an error so they send out the guy again, do you give him more tip?

I don't think it would be expected. You tipped her for a service which she didn't fully deliver on, so you shouldn't have to tip her to fix her mistake.

The only person you might tip again is if someone separate washes your hair. I would not tip the stylist again.

I had this happen but had a different woman in the salon fix it since mine wasn’t in that day. I did tip her. If it were the same woman who did it the first time, I would not tip again. In this case, I felt funny not tipping.
