I applied for a job and recently located and "followed" an internal recruiter at the company. She also shares job posting in an area related to the job I applied for.
I was thinking about sending her an "InMail" to see if maybe she could steer my resume to a human being. Any thoughts?

my DH has done this with jobs he's applied for. I cant say he's ever gotten a reply from any HR person he's sent inmail to. Worth a try though.
