Pretty sure you can't
the only things you can stack are % OFF with $off (Say $10 off mens clothes) Kohls Cash and Free Shipping
But you can't stack 2 % Offs

I ALWAYS have the 30% when it comes out lol
They also give lots of other codes that you normally wouldn't even see
