Been having issues with my IPhone. They rebooted it at the store and it was taking forever so there was no time to restore my apps and phone to the way it was. Was there forever.
How do I do it so my phone can be restored to the way it was?
Sorry, so not tech savvy at all.

ETA - my Iphone still doesn't work so well. Can't press buttons, won't let me type and sometimes types something itself.
