What kind of food for a party

Having a party with 80-85 people mostly adults. ( I think only 15 kids)

On the menu so far is:
Spanish rice
Spanish pork dish
sausage and peppers
a hot pasta dish (some kind of sauce not sure what it was and just pasta separated so people can have it with or without sauce
a cold pasta dish
garden salad
chicken francese
chicken nuggest and fries for the kids

is this good or would you add something else?

I think that's fine! You could do some sort of veg, but that's about the only thing I can think of.

I would eliminate the cold pasta dish and add a veggie

This. Also are you sure you want the sauce separated from the pasta? The pasta will dry out without the sauce. I do t think anyone really eats plain pasta.

If you toss the pasta in oil it'll stay separated. I did this for one of my parties, I set up a pasta station and people were able to take pasta then choose their own sauce. I had pesto, ala vodka, and garlic and oil. Everyone loved it! Keep the pasta well oiled and warmed over a sterno.

Everything sounds good but I'm a fan of choosing a menu in which everything complements each other. I *personally* don't care for a mish mash of food. If you choose the Spanish food, I'd stick with only Spanish type foods. If you're going to serve Italian dishes like pasta and sausage and peppers then serve other Italian dishes as well. JMO. ETA - If you add a hero, I have found that the chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers goes over WAY better than traditional cold cuts. Plus, it tastes better leftover too!

I'd do mixed veggies or broccoli in garlic and oil. I drf don't think you need a hero and I'm a total over-fooder!

Everything sounds delicious can I come?!

I would definitely add a vegetable or two! I always need to have some vegetable with each meal!
