Thanks everyone for advice. Since our plans were very fluid, we didn't book in advance and Eden wasn't available for our first night (a Tuesday Chat Icon ). We hate changing hotels, so we didn't try Eden this trip. We stayed across the street from DW at the Fairfield Inn. According to reviews, it has only a small pool (I didn't even look at it), but the room was nice and clean. It's new (opened summer of 2016). You can't walk to DW, but it's a quick drive. I thought my girls would like Hershey better than the Lancaster attractions, so we drove the 40 minutes there. They had fun, but I liked DW much better for their ages (4.5 and 3).
