Larger families...
Anyone have a larger family (I'm sort of defining that as 4 or more in my head because I already have 3) and work FT? I'm trying to decide if I can manage that (staying home is not an option for me) and stay sane and be a good mother/wife! Any thoughts??

We have 4 kids and I work 4 days a week. It is definitely hectic but we have support from our family and a wonderful nanny for the kids while I am at work.

I have 3 but am done! Of course you can be a great wife/mother of 4 (or more)....Now, sane? That part I don't know about?!?
I am definitely not sane anymore (as I went nuts this morning looking for one of my shoes as my LO decided to hide it on me as we were about to leave).

Not yet but hoping to. We have 3 kids so far & hope to double that in the next 5 years if physically able. I also plan to continue working FT (but I do take long maternity leaves). Not going to let the fact that I will be working stop us from having the big family we want (God willing). Will do the best I can when the time comes, just like I do now. Family time & being there for them is what's most important to me, so I'll take lots of days off & be there as much as I can, without quitting my job. I think that's all you can do. Work-life balance is tough for everybody I think.
