Need suggestions for my hubby-job related
I was going to post this in Career but it's kind of quiet there. My husband has been an Auto Finance Manager for the last 15 years. It is generally a Commission only job. By year end it usually adds up to decent income, but it is so up and down every week. It puts a tremendous stress on our marriage which is otherwise wonderful.
I am looking for suggestions of a job that is something he could be qualified for but with a Salary instead of commission only. He is excellent at working with credit, numbers and he is extremely personable. The problem is his resume is auto finance only for about 15 years. I am so ready for a change (as is he) and I know it would help our overall quality of life.
