Sept getaway
Any ideas for a long weekend in Sept to getaway? My boys are 8 and 6. We were thinking Rocking Horse Ranch bc my parents were going to give us money towards it for a gift. We just came back from Hershey so not that again.
Any other ideas? We live in central NJ. Looking for a couple of hours driving distance. We have also done DC recently so scratch that one too. DH is also turning 40 the end of Sept so thought we'd incorporate that too even though we are already having an adult party for him next month and going away in the winter for an adults AI. 
Figured we can make it a family celebration.

I would go to the shore - the weather is nice in Sept still, the water is warm and the beaches are empty.
