Mom who carry small little crossbody bags...
How do you do it?
The kids are 6 and 2 so I really don't carry a diaper bag but I just can't seem to carry less than what I can fit in a tote.
I need pointers to streamline my bag!

I wear a lesportsac crossbody. I don't carry a diaper bag, but do leave one in the car with diapers, changes of clothes.

Vera Bradley makes all different sizes. My kids are older so no diapers but still hold a ton of crap

My bag is big enough for money, credit cards, and my phone. I find it so much easier to keep up with my 3 year old.
I have a change of clothes and wipes in my car. My DS is potty trained.
If we're going someplace for an extended period of time, I pack a few snacks/water and my DH carries it in his small commuter bag.

This exactly. I even have a 15 month old and I usually leave my diaper bag in the car, very rarely do I need to run out and change his diaper for quick trips and longer ones he's usually in the stroller so I throw stuff under that.

I have a lesportsac where I can throw in a diaper, wipes, small bottle of water, snack. It can get heavy fast.
I also have a tiny crossbody and I can only fit in 1 diaper and 2-3 dry disposable washcloths. I figure in an emergency, I can always wet them in the sink prior to a change, and they weigh nothing dry.
If you have a small bag, you're forced to just take what you need!
I usually keep the skip hop diaper pouch in the trunk with supplies, and I can throw that under the stroller should I be using a stroller.

I think my problem is that I have prescription glass and sunglasses. Then a small umbrella. Coupons. Crap.

I a,so have prescription sunglasses and glasses. That case takes up space I have my wallet, phone, keys, glasss case in my lesportsac deluxe everyday. It's black not a pattern so it goes with everything

I carry a small cross body. I keep my wallet, keys, phone, chapstick, sunscreen, reusable bags, extra pants and undies for my 2yo, boogie wipes bc they're smaller than regular wipes, sometimes i throw in granola bars. That's mostly it. I don't bring drinks and snacks everywhere but sometimes I stuff them on top and I do accumulate random crap.

i wear a crossbody and put my wallet, phone, her pacifier, my keys, a few tissues....
i leave a diaper bag in the car with a change of clothes, a snack, diapers, wipes, etc in case she needs to be changed.

I wear a cross body bag but I usually keep the diaper bag in the car or if we go somewhere its hanging on the stroller.

I found a backpack to have more room and still had the ease of a crossbody bag. I have the Lesportsac backpack and I love it.
