Noise Machine
Does anyone sleep with a noise machine or something that can block out other noises. I am such a light sleeper and need something to tune out.... TIA

DH uses a fan even in the winter because he can't sleep in silence either.
In the summer, the window AC makes enough noise

I sleep with something called Sleep phones, it is an eye mask with built in noise , I blue tooth it to my phone and have white noise playing in the background. I cannot sleep without it

I've used a rain app on my phone. But in the summer a fan or AC is enough

Marpac dohm is the absolute best! A little pricey but so worth it and will last you 20+ years

We have a sound machine for the kids but use the White Noise App when we travel.

I've always had to run the ceiling fan even in the winter. But now that we have a baby, her sound machine is always on through the monitor and I sleep to that. We use the Dohm and it's absolutely amazing! I think it was $50 on Amazon. Worth every penny. It literally puts me to sleep while I'm giving her her nighttime bottle

We use the Dohm in DS's room and I swear by it, plus it's pretty discrete looking :)

I'm on my 3rd machine from them because after 6 months or so, it begins to rattle. They've had to send replacements each time but I'm pretty annoyed with the company now.
