Speaking of concerts...
how do people get backstage passes or sound check passes? Do you need to know someone at a radio station??
Im taking DS (7.5) to see OneRepublic this summer at BBT Pavillion in Camden. We are 5 rows back. We both love 1R and this goes back to when we were commuting to school and work together when he was 4-5 yrs old and we would listen to them and sing in the car. He used to pretend to be Ryan Tedder
Can I write to the group and beg for passes?? (Not like I can find accurate info on where to do this)
any one know how I can try to make this happen??

I am pretty sure most of these bands have tickets that include the VIP experience for a hefty price. I did it 10 years ago for NKOTB. I paid over $350 for my ticket, which was in the 2nd row and for a 5 minute meet and greet and goody bag. I would never do it again for another artist though. I was (still am :hah) a huge NKOTB fan, so I totally splurged for that opportunity back then. Now, I am just content with seeing them perform this summer.
If you go to VIP NATION, you will see they have backstage tickets available for purchase,

It's usually a ticket package you can buy for a whole lot of money when you buy the tickets.

Onerepublic isnt offering it at the show. its the honda civic summer tour with Fitz and the Tantrums and james arthur. Fitz and the tantrums has a VIP package you can buy. not onerepublic. unless im not looking hard enough? Its not on live nation. I would have totally paid for it too..lol.

Like previous posters said its a package you buy (if available) which are always expensive or you have to know someone who knows someone. For example, Went to NKOTB concert in 2015 and met and hang with the whole band for free only because i have a friend who works on the Blue Bloods tv show with Donny Wahlberg.
