Cleaning person

I work full time and have a 4 year old and 9 month old, I desperately need some help...and now that the summer is here, I do not want to be cleaning my house on Saturdays...

Now, I have had a cleaning person before, I have actually had 3 different ones...and every time I have been disappointed and annoyed.

They have all charged me around 130 dollars for a bi weekly cleaning. I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath split. Maybe 1400 square feet?? Not large..

I am a very clean person overall, and maybe my expectations are high...but my time is limited and I want to spend the weekends with my family, not cleaning, so that is why I figured I would hire someone. But every single one of them would do a half a** cleaning every time...I dont get it. There would still be grime on my tub and finger prints on my fridge...know what I mean? And when I would say something, its like they would then fix that problem, but then neglect something else.

Am I wrong to think that if I am paying you 130 dollars to clean my house, it should be CLEAN! I dont have a dog and we are clean people - I just wanted someone to clean my floors, scrub my tub and dust my furniture...

Anyway, does anyone have an amazing cleaning person they can recommend? I am obviously very picky...I am wondering if a person who actually CLEANS exists because I havent seemed to find one yet, lol.

I hope this doesnt come off b*itchy??? I am so not that person...I am just so annoyed that they have charged me this amount of money but looks like I cleaned my entire house in 30 minutes...
