Anniversary ideas in NYC
So DH and I wanted to go to the city for our anniversary. I was thinking in getting tickets for one of those live shows that The Moth produces, then go for a nice dinner at a restaurant none of us have ever been, and then spend the night in a hotel. The thing is that is so hard to get tickets for The Moth because their tickets sold online sell super fast so I don't have guarantees I'll be able to buy any for this month. In case this doesn't work, what other cool activities would u recommend to do? I'm open to any suggestions for restaurants too. Thanks!

What about Jazz at Lincoln Center (Dizzy's)? We did that one anniversary and it was nice and different.

When is anniversary? Lots of food/drinking festivals, shows, etc. I live in the city and can probably recommend if you tell me what weekend.
I find restaurants hard  We eat out a ton and there are so many good ones that I usually ask what area people would like to stay in.

Our anniversary is 5/18. So it'd have to be that weekend, or the 2nd or 3rd weekend in June. For restaurants, I feel that as long as I can coordinate times with whatever activity we end up doing, I'm open to any areas

My friend got tickets online for the late show and then went for dinner. She said they were easy to get and it was a fun way to celebrate.

There's also wine sorbet, I tried it once at a festival out in the island, it was soooo yummy!
