Party ideas

We just had DD's 1st birthday at the carousel at Hempstead Lake State Park. The party was fantastic, the room attached was perfect. It's $350 for the room for 3 hours with unlimited carousel rides. The room holds up to 90 people, we had about 50/60. The only downside is there is a parking fee.

You can get parking passes in advance and give them out to guests, but can't leave them at the gate, which was a pain. But you have to order them 2 weeks in advance. They also refund any you don't use.

Kidville. They do great parties for that age. The one in Wantagh is so fun and really clean!

I've been to parties at Kidville in Wantagh and The Little Gym in Merrick and both were very cute.

That's too funny! No it was actually just this past Saturday but now I want to see what the other Ava did!

We had my son's 2nd birthday party at Once Upon a Treetop in Plainview. It was perfect for his age and the older kids loved it too.

I was just at a party at the RVC rec and it was cute. My son had a ball!
