Any recs for a spot in Bayside on Cinco de Mayo?

Anywhere on Bell, really. It's one long block party.
Bourbon Street's rooftop is the new place to be.
Sangaritas has great tapas and an extensive margarita menu.
I haven't been to Local yet.
I don't like Safari Club.
I like CJ Sullivans. It's a total dive, but DH and I are regulars.

Theres Pour House and sullivans too
Rooftop is open and so is Sullivan's outdoor.
I don't like Pour House, it's too loud.
But then again, I'm old.
