Another leaving LI spinoff
Anyone leave LI and move to a truly rural area?
DH and I hope to buy a place that doesn't have a backyard but has "land"
At least 20 acres, somewhere warmer too. A nice community of old fashioned people.
Anyone know any places like that?

Another leaving LI spinoff
My DH is from northern VT and there are areas where you can definitely find everything you mentioned EXCEPT the warmer weather.

They get a lot of now but they also do anmuch better job of cleaning it up than on LI.
