Moved to the Treasure Coast of FL. We're about 30-45 minutes north of West Palm. Best decision we ever made...
Treasure Coast here too. Love it!!!!!!!
We live in NE Florida on the "First Coast." We are between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. We love the lifestyle, it's such a refreshing change. We are located in the #1 school district in FL, that was an important factor when we were making our decision.

Spinoff of Sick of the Grind- If you left, where do you live now?
Phoenix, AZ. I've lived her for 13 years now. Do I miss LI? Yes...but mostly for my extended family and old friends. I have a better quality of life out here. Salaries are very similar to LI, I can send my DS to whatever school I want, our property taxes are only $2000 per year for a 3000sqft house. We can afford to go on vacations. We couldn't do these things if we were on LI.

My aunt lives in Fountain Hills AZ. We've visited twice now in the past year and half. My DH wants so bad to move to Arizona. Scottsdale is really nice.

I know people who relocated to the Raleigh Durham triangle ( Cary, chapel hill etc ) ,
That's where we moved last month. The traffic is *so* nice compared to LI!
Good to know! That's where we're looking to go.

I'm obsessed with their wheat bread. I bring home a loaf. I stay at the Hilton garden inn so I can have free toast.
Their pickles are awesome. Breakfast is insane. Not sure if you eat eggs and such but everything I've had there is awesome. Not so healthy but awesome.

Isn't there a Patsy's in Scottsdale that is connected to the Brooklyn restaurant?
