with our first DD, we had a shower and catered. the leftovers we wrapped up and froze. those quick dinners came in handy in the first few weeks!!
not planning a shower this time, but I am wondering what are some good recommendations for affordable trays of food (e.g., eggplant rollatini; grilled veggies; lasagna) that can be stored away?
yes, I *could* probably cook this on my own...but if there are affordable options that would save me the time and headache, I'd rather that!
thanks in advance!
