Ventaire Nipples

So with our first we tried EVERY bottle. He had tummy issues and the Playtex Ventaire (narrow) worked the best. So with #2 we figured we would use the same. Got all new bottles (almost 4 years apart) and they didn't make the narrow anymore.

Recently, the nipples seem to not be working. We try to squeeze and more than half of them nothing comes out. I tried to poke a hole in the nipple and that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone else have this problem? DH wants to buy all new bottles but that's $$ and I'd rather not. We even tried to go up to the medium flow and it's too fast. I LOVE these bottles and REALLY don't want to switch. Please tell me someone has an easy fix for this!

Maybe a faulty package? We've only used playtex ventaires (slow flow naturalatch) with Lila and she's been using the same ones for 19.5 months with no problems. Hayley used them for 2 years without issue either (slow flow full size). I know they don't make the narrow ones anymore so maybe they're too old?

i used ventaires for both as well and we didnt have any issues with them either.

Call them and see if they will replace the nipples. Seems like they are not poked threw.
