Agreed.
Went there earlier this week to check if my battery was working. Guy tested it, said it was dying. Looked at the battery in the car and said "Did you buy that here? Its under warranty, you should get a free replacement."
He went inside, got a new one, changed the whole thing and I drove away. No muss no fuss. I was shocked.

Same experiences we've had as well. Sears SUCKS with that...they give customers a problem even if it's still under warranty. Autozone takes all of five minutes to swap for a replacement.

Definitly go to autozone...had the same thing as a poster above..had a battery go bad through them and they replaced it no questions asked with no charge

This.. Except they wanted the receipt, since it was almost 3 years. I went home and found the receipt.

They just looked up our name/phone in the computer and saw the sale date. Luckily because i would never be able to find the reciept.
