Question about eggs...
So I was at the supermarket getting eggs, and I noticed a brand that said "pasture raised", I think the brand was Vital Eggs (?). I've never heard that one before, how are they better than others? I usually get Organic Valley Omega 3. But I wonder if the pasture raised ones are better?

Re: Question about eggs...
So my friend IRL, moved to Texas to work for this company. They are raised on grass, outside, like you would find many years ago.

Re: Question about eggs...
Here's a good description:
Our pasture raised hens are grass-fed and have the freedom to roam in our pastures wherever they please. Their diet consists mostly of insects, grass, or other natural products they find while pecking and scratching around. Occasionally, we will supplement this natural diet with a feed made of all natural grains. This supplemental feed contains no antibiotics, animal by-products or added hormones to keep our hens healthy and happy.

Question about eggs...
I buy free range antibiotic free eggs, and they are tastier, the yolks more yellow than conventional eggs. Not necessarily organic, that only means the feed is organic and the hens are antibiotic free.
