In a sippy cup at around 6 months but it really was just to practice using the cup. She didn't drink a ton of it at that point.

Regular water from the tap. She'd sometimes take sips from my water bottle , but the more she eats and backwashes, the less I like to do this. 
But also about 6 months here. It took forever to find a sippy cup she liked though. I'm thinking of trying her on a straw cup now.
