It looks like my 3 yr old has Celiacs. Anyone have great resources, products, websites, advice, baking tips etc to help me out.
how do you deal with multiple kids? Are they all gf at home? I may have my 6 yr old tested. I also have a 10 month old.

Definitely don't feed your others gluten free until they get tested. If they don't have gluten in their system they can't be tested.
Dh is gluten free. His go to foods include
Breakfast of eggs, kind bars, or chex cereal
Lunch is usually leftovers or yogurt
Dinner we have all kinds of things. Burgers on udi's brand bun, barilla pasta, tacos, chili, etc. At first it was annoying having to constantly scrutinize labels but once I got used to it it's been easy. I so at shoprite and they have labels in the shelves to make it easy to spot gf options. Aldi's has a lot of options too.
Eating out is definitely the hardest but there are fb groups that are helpful. Gluten free on long island is great for safe restaurant suggestions.

If you're on Facebook, join the group R.O.C.K. (raising our celiac kids)
It's much easier now than it was a few years back. You can get most things at the supermarket. We follow a pretty whole foods kind of diet so basically the whole family eats the same thing and it's not so bad. Just takes some practice ;)
