You know what is a beautiful sound?
The sound of water rushing down the sewers and drains and gutters and downspouts today as all the ugly filthy snow melts.
Sitting out front just now that's all I hear. Music to my ears.
Buh bye you ugly dirty bastid...hope that's the last I see of you this year!
And my mood...it is insane how much it improved with a little warmer air and some sunshine. Hope. Hope is back.

You know what is a beautiful sound?
Yes! We took the kids to the park, and now the boys are outside playing in the backyard while DH cleans out the garage. Windows are open, it is amazing. I hope not one more flake falls this winter.

When I read the title, I was going to say the sound of a baby laughing or when I enter the barn and my horse nickers... lol

I understand people like the weather, but this is not normal. I feel like our climate is so changed in just the past couple of years. We have such warm winters. It was 65 degrees today in the middle of February. Smashed the record by five degrees. NOT NORMAL and frankly scares me a lot.

I agree, we had many very warm days this year, I worry too.
Last the news spoke of a hug glacier breaking away..
