Lake George
Can anyone recommend some inexpensive places to stay in lake George? We will have two young children with us.
Also, has anyone stayed at Crystal Springs Resort? Is it expensive?
This trip would be from a Thursday to Sunday.

When I was there years ago, my friends booked at this place, Capri Village. don't remember having any issues and it was relatively cheap.

Lake George
We stayed at the Flamingo several times- it is near Capri Village. Both are outside of the village proper in Diamond Point which I like because it's less busy. There are a lot of resorts along that road- I think it's Route 9 or 9N. Flamingo has a really nice beach, two pools and a small playground area.
