Has anyone done Disney Land/Sea?

Our family is split on vacation. Most of us want to do a cruise, hubby wants to go back to Disney yet again. I thought this would be a good compromise but I need to sell it to hubby. Any past travelers do this? It would be 5 of us, kids are 11, 9, 8.

We have cruised Disney quite a few times, and going again Sunday. We never book a land/sea package...not even sure if they offer that anymore do they? I know when they did, you didn't save any money at all.

You can easily just book a cruise, and book a hotel stay. We've done it several times in conjunction with the cruise. Easy peasy! Go to WDW, then book the transportation from WDW to the port for the ship. Book the transportation from the port to the airport. Or do it vice versa (cruise first then Disney).

We did when kids were 4 and 2 with Dave's family. I remembering thinking it was lot and we were definitely disneyed out after 7 days. Cruise was a nice way to relax after the parks so if you are going to do it, that is the way to go.

Re: Has anyone done Disney Land/Sea?

We did not book the land/sea package but on our last Disney cruise, we did Animal Kingdom and SeaWorld before we went on the Disney cruise. My kids love animals so we did the animal parks on that trip. The parks were very low key for us, almost like visiting a zoo so it wasn't overwhelming at all. That was a great trip, definitely one of the best vacations we ever went on as a family.

We didn't book a land/sea package through Disney, but we did do both when we took DD on her first Disney cruise. At the recommendation of our TA, we did the cruise first, land second.

No package. We did the Disney cruise and then some days at a Disney Resort with just 1 park day. We just wanted to relax. On our park day at MK, didn't do any character meet and greets since we had met so many on the ship. It was such an amazing day. No lines for anything because we used FP for every single ride that usually has lines.

Land and Sea is a great option and compromise for Disney vacations.
I am currently running a promotion that includes a $50 gift card for Walt Disney World resort packages and/or $75 for Disney Cruises along with free autograph books and other goodies. You could qualify for both with a land and sea plan.
Send me an email if you would like more information.
