Small cupcakes..............Stop and Shop, BJ's, or Costco
Everything else, online. Just Google each of them. There are tons of candy places online where you can get specific colors, tons of online party places (or even Party City) for the straws, and the sign you can find at Etsy or other online vendors.

Etsy for the sign and straws.
The candy I would order online. Probably cheaper that way. Party city has but might be more expensive.
Try Oriental trading online for the candy.
I actually saw at Michaels craft store a sign that said here comes the bride.
