Any area in particular? I really like the Brunches at Crabtree's in Floral Park and Hendrick's in Roslyn. For more casual, The Pike in New Hyde Park is good.

The Garden City Hotel has my absolute favorite brunch. It is pricey but amazing!
Tavern 18 in New Hyde Park and Parlay in RVC are also really good.
