Recommend your elderberry
I usually use sambucol or sambucus but I know an extract is better and more pure. Which one is good?

Recommend your elderberry
I use the organic version. You can actually make your own too! Order dried berries and you just boil and strain out. Then you can add cinnamon,, clove and raw honey once it cools down.
