Just starting to work from home and my computer is being a shit!

I needed to download Dropbox and OneDrive, which I did. I use Spark email and it required me to update the Mac to Sierra.

Now, I can see my icons for Dropbox and OneDrive but when I click, nothing happens. I know all the files were in there previously. I am getting Dropbox notifications but I cannot open anything so I'm getting aggravated!

Anyone who can help? Should I remove everything and reinstall?
