MIL died 8 years ago and left me her PITA 83 year old sick husband.
I have no idea how she put up with him all these years. It's like dealing with a child in a perpetual tantrum.
Only good thing is that he is somewhat afraid of me and I know how to shut him up.

I wish I could be in the club because mine were selfish or overbearing. I'd take an overbearing MIL any day. My mil is evil, violent, hateful and mentally ill.
