sorry another vent about cable Im going to pull my hair out!!!
I called up again today to speak to someone about prices.
The person I speak tells me all the info provided last week was wrong and he is giving me the correct info. I planned on taking the number from this home to the next, which would require me to change the name on the acct.
He gives prices on TV, internet etc, totally different than last week.
He tells me for all my trouble last week he will speak to his supervisor to have the installation fee for the TV waived. I decided to set up a new account, the price was a few $$ more than what Verizon just told me. Ok, conversation ends and I realized he never spoke to the supervisor and the prices quoted was $110 for all.
I call back and get someone new. The new person tells me the installation fee can never be waived, Now Im pissed and ask to speak to a supervisor, she tells me thats true they can't waive the fee. I call BS and said that to her and said roll the taped conversation bc that's what he said to me. ALSO, she said the quoted prices was $113 plus tax, I again roll the tape, thats not what he said.
He also gave the wrong info about transferring the phone number and the info provided last week was correct. Roll the tape.
Cable talks such Bu!! Sh%T as bad as DELL
She is going to have his supervisor pull the recordings to listen to our conversation. This will take 5 days. I hate all these companies
I get so cranky when talking to them and I cant help it It puts in an instant bad mood. I would change to Verzion but with my move and new job all happening in the next week I cant take the stress of another change plus, Im not sure my service would be better with less stress
