Where do you draw the line? We have to start planning ds's first birthday party and I want to leave out some of hubbys family - is that terrible? He had a lot of cousins and some have kids which puts our invites closer to 90 people and then his whole side of the family will take forever to RSVP and end up being no's or worse no shows. We end up having more like 30-40 people come which throws off the room size when Im planning.

What would you do?

Im leaning more towards just immediate family and friends. No aunts/uncles cousins from either side.

They did get invited to other parties

Re: Party Invites

If they are left out on both sides then I don't see a problem not inviting them
